About

Where corporate knowledge comes home to Main Street.

Bringing the things that big companies take for granted a little closer to home.

Hi, I'm Jim.

I have been in the corporate world as a software development manager and director of e-commerce, for longer than I'd like to admit: the kind of roles where you wrangle vendors, lead technical teams, and help SMBs get more out of their digital properties.

But somewhere along the way I started noticing a gap. The small businesses, family-owned shops, neighborhood landscapers, the solo service providers, were getting left behind online. Too small for an agency and they are tired of bugging their nephew who "does websites."

These businesses deserved better.

So I started localweb.care to help small businesses who struggle to compete online. One person, with real experience, helping local businesses level up their web presence.

If you've got a business and a website that isn't working hard enough for you, that's exactly the conversation I want to have.

What I do

All the digital things your business actually needs.

Site redesigns

A website that looks like your business and actually converts visitors into customers. Built to last, not to upsell.

SEO and Conversion Optimization

Get found by the people already searching for what you do. Local SEO, on-page fixes, and the stuff that actually moves the needle.

Google Ads

Smart campaigns that don't burn your budget. Set up right, monitored regularly, and explained in plain English.

Online stores

From product setup to checkout flow: an online store that works the way your customers expect it to.

Ongoing maintenance

Updates, backups, security monitoring, performance checks: the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your site running smoothly.

Everything else

Speed fixes, contact forms, email setup, analytics, social profiles: if it's digital and your business needs it, let's talk.

Let's figure out what your business needs.

No pressure, no pitch deck. Just a real conversation about where you're at and what would actually help.

Let's chat

Or start with the discovery questionnaire and give me a head start before we talk.
